2.Classification by blowing pressure
Pulse bag dust collectors can be classified into high-pressure blowing pulse dust collectors, low-pressure blowing pulse dust collectors, and medium-pressure blowing pulse dust collectors according to the pressure of the compressed air for blowing.
(1) High-pressure blowing pulse dust collectors
High-pressure blowing refers to the dust-cleaning pressure used when the working pressure of the dust collector's air distribution tank exceeds 0.5 MPa. The working pressure of high-pressure blowing is usually between 0.5 and 0.7 MPa. The characteristic of high-pressure blowing is that a better dust-cleaning effect can be achieved with a relatively small amount of air. This effect is particularly obvious when the dust collector is dealing with high-temperature flue gas. Another characteristic of high-pressure blowing is that the air distribution tank used is small in volume, the blowing pipe is thin, and right-angle valves are mostly used as the blowing pulse valves.
(2) Low - pressure blowing pulse dust collectors
The working pressure of the air distribution tank for low - pressure blowing is lower than 0.25 MPa. When using low - pressure blowing, a larger amount of air is required to achieve the same dust - cleaning effect. When dealing with high - temperature flue gas, due to the large amount of blowing air and its relatively low temperature, there is a possibility of dew formation at the bag mouth. The advantage of low - pressure blowing is that it can adapt to the pipe - network pressure for dust - cleaning operations even when the pressure of the compressed - air pipe network is low.
(3) Medium - pressure blowing pulse dust collectors
These are pulse - blowing bag - type dust collectors with a pressure between high - pressure and low - pressure blowing.
3. Classification by blowing method
Pulse bag dust collectors can be also divided into two types, online jet and offline jet, according to their different blowing methods.
(1) Online jet bag dust collectors
Online jet means that all the filter bags of the bag dust collector are placed in one box. The filter bags are arranged in several rows. During dust cleaning, the filter bags are jetted row by row. At this time, the other rows of filter bags in the bag dust collector are still in the filtering state. Therefore, it is also called "online dust cleaning". During online jetting, although the filter bags being cleaned do not function in filtering, since the jetting time is very short and the filter bags are cleaned row by row in sequence, the filtering function can almost be regarded as continuous. Thus, there is no need to adopt a compartmentalized structure. However, for large - and medium - sized dust collectors, even with online jetting, a compartmentalized structure design is still adopted for the convenience of maintenance.
(2) Offline jet bag dust collectors
Offline jet means that the bag dust collector is divided into several filter bag chambers, and then the chambers are jetted for dust cleaning one by one. During dust cleaning, the chamber stops filtering, so it is also called "air - stopping jet". During online jetting, the filter bags adjacent to the ones being cleaned are still in the filtering state, and the removed dust is easily re-adsorbed by the adjacent filter bags, resulting in incomplete dust cleaning. In contrast, offline jetting is carried out when the filtering state is stopped, so the dust cleaning is thorough. Meanwhile, during offline dust cleaning, the pressure of the compressed air for jetting is relatively low when achieving the same dust - cleaning effect.
