There are several commonly used dust removal solutions for the dust problem in grain processing plants, including:

1. Straight through pulse dust collector: suitable for local dust removal, cylindrical structure, using an expansion tube to pretreat the dusty gas, and then using a multi tube or single tube cyclone dust collector for gas-solid separation.

2. Bag filter: After the dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow cross-section and turbulent flow, some coarse particles in the airflow collide and deposit with the ash hopper under the action of inertia force, achieving the purpose of primary dust removal.

3. Wet dust collector: By introducing dusty gas into dusty water, particles are bound to water molecules, increasing their own weight and settling down, achieving gas-solid separation.

4. Micro mist dust collector: The pressurized liquid micro mist is directly introduced into the dust collector. When the dust containing gas passes through, the particles come into contact with the droplets and adhere, increasing their own weight and settling down.

5. Acoustic dust collector: By emitting sound waves of a specific frequency to attract particles and separate them from the gas.

6. Filter type dust collector: When the dusty gas passes through the filter bag, the dust is trapped, thereby achieving gas-solid separation.

The above dust removal schemes have their own advantages and disadvantages. Choose the appropriate scheme for dust removal according to actual needs and situations.
