Type A

Intelligent transformation plan for ordinary pulse valves

Renovation project: The scenario where the control system is not changed and only the traditional pulse valve is replaced belongs to the "entry-level" intelligent upgrade.

Solution configuration: ordinary electromagnetic pulse valve+signal adapter+airbag pressure transmitter+distributed data collector.

Advantages of the solution: Low equipment cost, ordinary pulse valves can be directly upgraded; Wide adaptability, unlimited valve types and brands.

Disadvantages of the plan: high construction cost, each air-tank is equipped with a pressure transmitter; The accuracy is slightly poor, affected by the stability of the gas source.

System Configuration

Signal adapter (AC220 or DC24V): Control signals (electrical signals) are transmitted to the acquisition device through a 4-core cable;

Electromagnetic pulse valve: AC 220V or DC 24V electromagnetic pulse valves are available, regardless of the brand or type of pulse valve;

Distributed collector: can receive up to 15 electrical and gas signals from electromagnetic pulse valves, communicate with 4G IoT, and upload directly to the cloud platform;

Air-tank pressure transmitter: a standard pressure gauge with analog electrical signal output; Cooperate with the blowing action and monitor the effectiveness of the pulse valve action;

Expected value

Implement "handheld inspection": grasp the normal operation of the pulse valve without time and space limitations, and monitor the pulse width and action cycle of the pulse valve's injection control signal in real time;

Advantages of the solution: The intelligent pulse valve comes with a built-in status sensor for precise feedback, without the need for a pressure transmitter. The construction cost is extremely low, and it can directly expand the dust collector monitoring to achieve bag leakage detection;

Disadvantages of the solution: The cost of a single intelligent valve is slightly higher.

System Configuration

Intelligent electromagnetic pulse valve: currently only applicable to DC24V, 3-inch and 3.5-inch submerged valves, the intelligent valve comes with a status monitoring sensor;
