Working principle:
The pulse valve consists of an solenoid post, a diaphragm, and a valve body. The area of the rear chamber of the diaphragm is larger than that of the front chamber, and the pressure force is large, causing the diaphragm to be in the closed position.
The pulse controller inputs an electrical signal, causing the solenoid post to engage the moving column, open the unloading hole, and quickly discharge the pressure gas in the rear chamber of the diaphragm. The pressure gas in the front chamber of the diaphragm lifts the diaphragm, opens the channel, and the pulse valve blows.
The electric pulse signal disappears, and the spring of the solenoid post immediately resets the moving column to close the unloading hole. The gas pressure and spring force in the rear chamber of the diaphragm close the channel, and the valve stops blowing.
The damping hole on the diaphragm plays a role in damping the airflow when the pilot head moves the column to lift the gas pressure for unloading. When the unloading hole is closed, the pressure gas quickly fills the rear chamber, causing the diaphragm to close the channel and stop blowing.
Installation instructions:
When the TG type right angle pulse valve (internal thread connection) is connected to multiple valves, it is difficult to ensure consistency in the accurate position of the threaded insertion in order to ensure the sealing of the connection. A feasible installation method is to use a dedicated union to connect the exhaust pipe of the gas storage box to the pulse valve in place, which can ensure the accurate position of each valve with consistent installation height.
The exhaust pipe and blow pipe of the electromagnetic pulse valve are connected by air hose clamps, which can be moved back and forth in the horizontal direction for easy installation and maintenance.
