Installation instructions
● Before installation, please refer to the user manual of the product to see if it meets your requirements.
● Before use, the pipeline should be flushed clean. If the medium is not clean, a filter should be installed to prevent impurities from obstructing the operation of the solenoid valve.
● Solenoid valves generally work in one direction and cannot be installed in reverse. The arrow on the valve indicates the direction of movement of the liquid in the pipe and must be consistent.
● The installation of solenoid valves is generally horizontal with the valve body and the coil vertically upward. Some products can be installed freely, but it is best to have the coil vertically upward when conditions permit to increase the service life.
● When the solenoid valve resumes operation in icy conditions, it should be treated with additional measures or insulated.
● After connecting the solenoid valve coil lead wire, it should be confirmed whether it is firm, and the contacts of the connected electrical components should not shake. Loose connections will cause the solenoid valve to not work.
● Solenoid valves that require continuous production work should be cleaned of condensed matter before use; Disassemble and wash each item in order before restoring it to its original state and installing it properly.
