Firstly, load the differential pressure alarm to detect the differential pressure in the bag filter.

The pressure difference of a bag filter refers to the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the bag filter. Generally, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of a bag filter can be controlled. If it is a normal operating resistance of the bag filter, it can be adjusted and controlled to be above 1000. If it is high, it will not exceed 2500-3000 Pa. However, if it rises to 6000 Pa, it is definitely abnormal for the pressure difference to be too high.

When dealing with high dust concentration and high wind speed, the filtration area should be appropriately increased to reduce the filtration wind speed of the filter material. If there is too much dust sticking to the bag of the bag filter, it can be cleaned by vibration. If the bag is blocked, it will be more troublesome and the furnace should be stopped immediately.

The material and dust characteristics of the bag filter do not match, which can also cause some air holes to be blocked. For dust with high concentration, small particle size, high humidity and viscosity, coated filter bags should be used.
