Function Introduction:

This online/offline comprehensive controller has 20 pulse valve control ports and 5 lift valve control ports, and it also supports RS485 fieldbus (Modbus RTU protocol) for remote control

• Supports AC220V (± 10%) 50HZ or DC24V (± 10%) power supply;

• Supports up to 20pcs of DC24V pulse valves;

• Supports up to 5pcs of DC24V lift valves;

• The maximum output power of the whole equipment is DC24V @ 1.5A;

• The control instrument can be configured with online and offline cleaning modes, and the offline mode supports lifting valves;

• The control instrument can be configured with a cleaning trigger mode that includes timing execution and pressure differential activation of dry contacts;

• RS485 interface supporting Modbus RTU protocol;

• Supports on-site jog control for on-site debugging

Compartment： Number of lift valve，range【0-5，Default value 0】，Skip the parameters related to the lift valve when the value is 0;  

Waiting: Lift valve waiting time, range [0-60 seconds, unit 1 second, default value 8 seconds]

Sedimentation: The settling time of the lift valve ranges from 0 seconds to 60 seconds, with a unit of 1 second and a default value of 8 seconds;

Interval: Lift valve interval time, range [0 seconds to 999 seconds, unit 1 second, default value 10 seconds]

Pulse valve: Number of pulse valves, range [1-20, default value 20]. When there is no lift valve, it is the total number of pulse valves. When there is a lift valve, it is the number of pulse valves in a single chamber

Pulse width: Pulse valve opening time, range [10 milliseconds -9999 milliseconds, unit 1 millisecond, default value 80 milliseconds]

Interval: Pulse valve interval time, range [1-600 seconds, unit 1 second, default value 1 second]

Cycle: Cycle time, range [0 minutes to 9999 minutes, unit 1 minute, default value 0 minutes]

Definition of Function Code：

F1: control mode, range [timing/pressure differential, default timing]

F2: Electronic fuel injection blowing delay, range [0 seconds -300 seconds, unit 1 second, default value 10 seconds]

F3: Modbus address, range [1-127, default value 1]

F4: Modbus baud rate, such as 96 is 9600, range [48009600192003840057600115200, default value 9600]
