Petrochemical safety is always a topic of focus in the industry

In petrochemical enterprises, equipment maintenance has the characteristics of frequent, complex, highly technical, and dangerous repairs compared to other enterprises.

Dangerous energy sources within the maintenance area may cause safety accidents such as energy leakage, fire, or explosion. According to statistics, accidents such as explosions, poisoning, suffocation, falls, and electric shocks that occur in petrochemical enterprises across the country account for over 66% of injuries and fatalities during maintenance. Therefore, it is particularly important to adopt effective safety measures during equipment maintenance.

Solutions to the above-mentioned issues

Replace the compressed air tank and intelligent pulse valve with new ones, and use the intelligent pulse valve and intelligent edge hardware independently developed by Xiechang to remotely transmit the real-time working status of the intelligent valve to Xiechang's independently developed "Clean Dust Cloud" big data platform. Through the mobile APP, the "mobile inspection" of the pulse valve can be achieved, allowing the dust collector to be in "palm" mode;

A certain petrochemical group: 2 # coal-fired boiler dust collector (16 sets of air tanks+180 valves), belongs to the renovation of an old project

Energy consumption analysis: Analyzing the energy consumption of the dust collector's gas source based on the injection volume

Abnormal diagnosis: In June 2022, the backend diagnosis showed abnormal on-site work; After verification, it was found that there was a leak in the on-site compressed air pipeline

Abnormal diagnosis: The pulse valve worked abnormally in October 2022; After verification, it was found that the customer's original control circuit had an abnormal open circuit.
