Application of bag filter in thermoelectric industry

The technical scheme of bag filter with intelligent electromagnetic pulse valve + special data collector + intelligent industrial dust control cloud platform was adopted in the ultra-low Emission Retrofit Project of 6 # circulating fluidized bed boiler of the Ministry of Heat and power of a petrochemical company in China, the scheme solves the pain point that the fault of electromagnetic pulse valve can not be found in time by manual patrol inspection. The technical scheme of intelligent electromagnetic pulse valve + intelligent data collector + Pressure Gauge + dust control bag-type dust removal operation management cloud platform was adopted in a retrofit project of 3 # and 4 # pulverized coal boiler to meet the emission standard, the scheme can realize intelligent dust cleaning by adding statistical analysis function.
