In general, filter cartridges for dust collectors are mainly divided into two types: synthetic fiber filter media and paper filter media
1. Synthetic fiber filter cartridge
Fiber filter cartridges mainly include continuous fiber spunbond polyester hot pressing and short fiber spunbond polyester hot pressing. When the surface of the filter material is subjected to waterproof treatment, the infiltration angle of the treated filter material should be greater than 90 °, and the water contact level should not be lower than level IV; When the filter material is subjected to oil prevention treatment, the filter material should be treated for oil prevention; Polyester non-woven filter material can withstand working temperatures above 120 ℃, which is also commonly referred to as high-temperature dust removal filter cartridge.
2. Paper filter cartridge
Paper filter cartridges are divided into low permeability and high permeability categories, as well as synthetic fiber non-woven PTFE coated filter media and paper PTFE coated filter media.
