The BHK controller has a highly intelligent feature and can collect feedback signals on the operating status of each chamber (such as pressure difference, temperature, flow rate, dust concentration, etc.). The controller can adjust the spraying intensity and sequence of each chamber according to the collected parameters, thereby meeting the different spraying needs of each chamber under different load conditions.
Meanwhile, the control instrument adopts a distributed layout, which can effectively reduce the number of cables and wiring costs. BHK can provide customers with different communication interface requirements such as Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP.
The BHK series adopts a cast aluminum shell, which has a beautiful appearance, good dust resistance, and convenient installation.
Structural characteristics:
The pilot control device of the straight-through type pulse valve adopts a magnetic material with extremely low carbon content, which has undergone vacuum magnetic treatment to eliminate impurities, enhance magnetic induction strength and permeability, and make the magnetic yoke iron move sensitively and reliably.
The orifice and unloading hole on the straight-through pulse valve are matched with the pulse valve chamber, and the optimal value is obtained through experiments. This ensures that the electric through magnetic pulse valve has a greater impact force and faster switching performance during cleaning, and maximizes the lifting height of the diaphragm, thereby increasing the cleaning amount per unit time of the pulse valve.
Diaphragm: High performance imported diaphragm is selected to ensure the long-term reliable operation of the pulse valve.
Advanced manufacturing equipment and testing instruments are used to ensure the quality of springs (such as spring composition analysis analyzers).
