The SXC-FB explosion-proof pulse controller (hereinafter referred to as the explosion-proof controller) is made of an explosion-proof and dust ignition proof structure in accordance with the provisions of GB3836.1-2010 《Explosive Atmospheres Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment》, GB3836.2-2010 《Explosive Atmospheres Part 2: Equipment Protected by Explosion proof Enclosures "d"》, GB12476.1-2013 《Electrical Equipment for Combustible Dust Environments Part 1: General Requirements》, and GB12476.5-2013 《Electrical Equipment for Combustible Dust Environments Part 5: Enclosures Protection Type "tD"》. Its explosion-proof mark is Exd IIB T6Gb/EX tD A21 IP65 T80 ℃, suitable for factories. There is or may be a Class IIA, IIB, T1~T6 combustible gas, steam, and air mixture that forms an explosion hazard in Zone 1 or Zone 2 locations.

With the increasing development of China's environmental protection industry, dust cleaning systems are often used in many explosive gas and dust environments. Many industrial productions in China contain some explosive dust and gases. For example, about two-thirds of the underground coal mines contain explosive substances; More than 80% of production workshop areas in the chemical industry contain explosive substances. The SXC-FB explosion-proof pulse controller is a new type of product designed specifically for hazardous explosive fields. The explosion-proof controller is also an instrument that achieves timing/differential pressure dust cleaning by setting parameters such as pulse width, pulse interval, and cycle period.
Explosion proof principle:
The explosion-proof pulse controller mainly uses the outer shell to achieve the purpose of explosion-proof.
Explosion proof enclosure: An explosion-proof type of electrical equipment in which the enclosure is capable of penetrating any combustible mixture inside the enclosure through any joint surface or structural gap without damage, and does not cause ignition of an explosive environment formed by one or more gases or vapors externally.

Structural Description:
The explosion-proof pulse controller mainly consists of an explosion-proof shell and three explosion-proof cable entry devices. The shell material is Q235, and there is a control circuit board, switch power supply, and conversion switch inside the shell.
